JD - Feeling the effects...

That's what we used to call it back when I raced on the Cal Poly Wheelmen... Though it does have some euphoric effects its not the drug you are thinking... Long Slow Distance rides are fun sometimes social outings that remind me why cycling is so much fun. I had the chance over Thanksgiving to get in one of my favorite rides of the past. JD and I headed North out of SLO, up through Morro Bay, to Cayucos, up the dreaded Old Creek Road climb, to Hwy 46, back down to Hwy 1, and then all the way back down the coast home to SLO... 70miles and 4hrs of LSD - Nice...
